One of our key strategic elements of Peterhead FC Community Foundation is to nurture the talents of aspiring young players and creating positive pathways for their development.
It was great to see a crowd of over 200 attend the first ever competitive fixture for the in the Highland Football league Under 18 development league East against Huntly FC at Balmoor Stadium.
In a highly competitive game, the team took the game to their more experience opponents Huntly FC, but it ran out to a very credible goalless draw, manager Bob Buchan and his team of coaches must have been pleased with the application as the team gels it promises to be a good season.
A special thanks to Jacquline Buchan for her efforts in the pre-season, you are greatly appreciated.
