Last week the Peterhead FC Community Foundation brought Christmas cheer and companionship to those who need it most in conjunction with the SPFL Trust and Peterhead Football by holding our largest Festive Friends meal at Balmoor Stadium.
79 nominated persons including one special lady celebrating her 99th birthday, all enjoyed a delicious 3-course meal from Harry Faser Catering and a great festive performance from Buchanhaven Primary School choir.
One guest commented: “The Festive Friends Christmas meal at the club makes Christmas for me, thank you to all involved, it means so much”
The SPFL Trust Festive Friends project brings Christmas cheer to those either experiencing loneliness, vulnerability or are going through a tough time.

The Foundation would like to thank all those volunteers that help make the day special, especially the Peterhead FC board of directors and club staff as well as North East Police Scotland and the North East Tartan Army for helping the day run smoothly and of course the support of Buchanhaven Primary School Choir, the stars of the day.
