Peterhead FC Community Foundation in conjunction with the SPFL Trust distributed Festive Friends Hampers to those nominated via our referral and nomination process.
The SPFL Trust Festive Friends project brings Christmas cheer to those either experiencing loneliness, vulnerability or going through a tough time. Learn more: spfltrust.org.uk/festivefriends
Thanks to generous donations from Strachans, LJF Coatings, North East Tartan Army, Peterhead Community Fire Station, and our friends at Stella’s Voice, the hampers were full of nutritious treats and delights.
The Foundation volunteers delivered the hampers assisted by the foot soldiers of the North East Tartan Army, so it is with great thanks to all who helped and took the time to chat to those at the doors.
The hampers really made a difference to those receiving them.
