We are delighted to announce that our The SPFL Trust funded Football Fans In Training (FFIT) programme returns for January 2025!

WHAT IS FOOTBALL FANS IN TRAINING?

Football Fans in Training is a FREE proven 13-week health and well-being programme, compromising of weekly 90-minute sessions. Over the 13 weeks, you will learn and exercise together with your group – one step at a time.

You will learn about healthy food and drink, getting active, and small lifestyle changes that you can do to make a difference.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people too, with laughs and shared effort at the very centre of the programme, and most importantly it is completely confidential

WHO CAN TAKE PART?

The programme is available to both men and women aged 35-65, who want to improve their lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

The only requirement to join the programme is have a waistline of at least 38 inches but if you don’t fall into the waistline or age bracket and still want to take part and benefit? Get in touch with Nat Porter directly to discuss this further.
