Community Coach (Full-Time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, proactive, and engaging coach to join our team in the role of Community Coach here at Peterhead FC Community Foundation (PFCCF) to deliver our Partner School Program, SFA Extra Time project and our other community programs to make a difference in our community.
PFCCF recognise that young people today face a variety of ever-evolving challenges, through our Partner School Program and the SFA Extra Time project in Secondary and Primary schools across Aberdeenshire.
Our projects support young people in overcoming these challenges, equipping them with the skills, attitude and aspiration to become successful learners, confident individuals and effective contributors to our community.
Applicants are required to have experience of working with young people of various ages, diverse backgrounds and abilities to deliver well-being support, physical activity sessions in groups or one-to-one support or targeted behaviour interventions.
Contract:
Contract Type: Full-time – Fixed Term
Duration: 2-year contract commencing January / February 2026, with potential for extension
Hours: (37.5 hrs./week)
Employment is conditional on the successful applicant undergoing reference and PVG checks, plus successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
