Trustee Vacancy – Treasurer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent individual to join the Peterhead FC Community Foundation Board of Trustees as our Treasurer. If you’re ready to use your expertise to help deliver meaningful community impact, we’d love to hear from you! 

We’re looking for an experience treasurer who can support the Board to help manage its financial resources, taking the lead in overseeing strong financial management and compliance with Scottish Charity legislation or any other relevant regulations and guidance to achieve best practice.

All trustee roles are voluntary and unpaid but is hugely rewarding in many other ways. If you have the enthusiasm and commitment to join our committed board of trustees, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to create healthier, happier, and more connected communities.

Persons with a current criminal conviction, those who have been disqualified from acting as a director or with a history of bankruptcy, are not eligible to become a Foundation trustee.

All trustees will be required to sign a declaration relating to any other trustee roles and potential conflicts of interest and agreement to the mission and values of the Foundation.

All candidates shortlisted for interview will be informed by email or phone within 10 working days of the final submission date for applications. If you have not been contacted within this time it means that you have been unsuccessful and not shortlisted on this occasion.
